Stuck-in-Startup & Private Groups

If you're ready to see your business get the traction you've been dreaming of and want the support of other women who understand your struggle, this is for you. I offer two type of group coaching: The Stuck-In-Startup (SIS) women's group coaching and private group coaching.

For those of you who are overwhelmed and over-it, you don't have to be.

One on one coaching is for anyone who wants to see results in their business and life quickly. This is where we focus on your specific needs. It's important to note that coaching of any sort is not therapy. As a coach I may visit the past momentarily, but it is never a focus. Our focus is forward movement and creating momentum where it had been lacking.

These programs are designed for those looking to build a business they love, live the life they've imagined or both. These one on one coaching sessions are focused on making real change and getting you results as fast as possible while laying the groundwork for your future. I focus on creating the life you deserve and a thriving business to support that life. If that's what you are looking for, I'm the coach for you and one to one coaching is where you'll see the quickest results, get focused attention and coaching tailored to meet your needs.

Group coaching are for those looking for a supportive environment where they can share in their struggles and wins. It's a place for you if you are looking for a community who can offer encouragement and speak life into your business and life. It's also a 2-way street. Remember, that group coaching is about the whole. If you are concerned that you won't get enough attention, then 1:1 is probably a better fit for you.

What's important to note is that group coaching is not a place for judgement to be passed or for you to solicit your services. I'm very protective of those I serve and anyone who stirs the pot with poor intentions will be asked to leave - no refund.

Stuck-In-Startup (SIS) is specifically for women who have been stuck in the beginning phase of their business for what probably feels way too long. You've tried all the things and seem to be moving as quickly as a rock. (They don't move by the way, but they are tossed about.) Private Group Coaching is for those who have an established group or team they'd like coaching and/or training for. I have coached MLM teams, corporate teams and more. Workshops & Masterclasses

DO IT IN ONE DAY!

Sometimes you just want to focus on one part of your business with the help of someone who's been there and done that. If that's you, there are live and online opportunities to focus your efforts and get it done.

These classes are typically held in one to three sessions depending on how difficult the subject matter. Each session can range from one hour to five. For example, when I do Strategic Planning Workshops they are held in two sessions. The first session is the online live event which is five hours and the second is a follow up via zoom where we check back thirty days later to see the progress, work through any difficulties, etc. and that typically runs for one and a half hours.

Workshops & Masterclasses are typically held live whether it's online or in person. The best way to find out about them is to subscribe to become my email bestie! I'm a recovering asian who loves so many things. Coffee, travel, God and my family are just a few and not in that order. I use expletives, love to laugh, dig deep, and believe that kindness is about being honest.

I only coach those who are action takers because I believe in you so much that it's hard for me to watch anyone settle for a life that's smaller than their dreams.
